Sunday, December 13, 2009 I went dragon boat yesterday. I went swimming today. I'm a blackie now. I want to tone my muscles. =D My greatest accomplishment today was to swim one lap of the LENGTH of the Olympic sized pool. Initially, I wanted to give up because i have fear when i swam to 1.8m deep. breathing difficulties. and anxiety. I wanted to give up swimming as a sport. But, i told myself not to give up. Yeah, and i managed to do it. More laps to come in the coming sessions. My sister bought one pair of badminton rackets. so now, our new sport is badminton. I got myself another pair of sports bra. not as hot as the pink one. but its BLACK. I got purple umbrella. HEHE. ________________________________________________________________ 如果说了后悔 是不是一切就能倒退 (If i say i've regretted, does that mean that everything can go back to what it is like before?) I tell you, i did not regret for the decisions i've made recently. So, dont tell me you've regretted letting me into this situation. There is no turning back. Life moves on. Please move on.
