Saturday, October 4, 2008 28092008 DINNER! after resting for like a few hours, THOMAS came to fetch us. i think he is super blur! he drove us through the long way which took us like 30 mins to reach the restaurant. i fell asleep ok! LOLs. the holy matrimony was held in the functional room at the restaurant. only closed friends and relatives were invited. firstly, the people representing city harvest church presented two songs. it was super high! LOLs. then my father brought in my sister. the moment was so touching when he handled my sister over to my brother-in-law. then was the vow. and blah blah blah. they lit up the candle and blow out their individual candle. it means they both will merge as one. so meaningful right! HAHA! after the holy matrimony, the guests proceed to enjoy cocktail. guests for the dinner started to arrived. so many people! LOLS. i ushered the guested into their designated seats.. the dinner was ok. same as the time when i had the food tasting. they showed the montage prepared by my sister.. lucky dont have my photos! i'm so shy ok! after the first half of the dinner, they played the video that was taken during the tea ceremony. ok, they sabo-ed me. the veil part, they replayed that part many times. LOLs. when the dinner was almost done, the couple thanked everyone who came for the dinner. and my brother-in-law once again thanked my parents for giving birth and bringing up my sister. i'm just so super touched. i nearly cried, but i managed to hold it back. even now, typing about it, i got the urge to cry. they presented flowers to the parents with gifts. my sister forgot my gift. she left it at the backstage! the dinner ended at around 10.30pm. we waited for all the guests to leave.. then we took family photo! finally!!!! and thats the end of the wedding. the long anticipated one. i cried for two nights after the wedding... i miss my sister so much! i hope she will be happy and give birth to many many kids! I LOVE my FAMILY! so sorry people, im still uploading the pictures. soon ok! | |
