wonder what i do in the ice cream factory during DRP? haha. firstly, we make ice cream for our own comsumption and for the school.. for the school, it will be large scaled production. around 50-80 litres per production. its ALOT compared to what we do.. like 6 litres.

with 6 litres, we can come up with alot of flavours! we have done Lavendar, which tasted like soya bean. LOLS. and of course, ORANGE! i like orange flavour alot! its with real pulp! its refreshing. thats what we have done last week. this week...

we did mango! and its nice!!!! when i see the fresh mango turned into puree, i'm so-omg-ly-high! haha! we did black sesame! and peanut butter with oreo! they all tasted great. but the peanut butter and oreo tasted more of peanut butter than oreo. hais. because we are too greedy!

and Rebecca! she's so creative! she made kimchi and spicy tuna ice cream!

for days when we dont feel like making ice cream and when there' s no production, we slack like there's no tomorrow. see above. yih rin took picture with MAYDAY! and edwin.

PS; wrong dress code! must wear hair net, gloves, face mask and boots! but since its for own consumption, its ok! the most we die.

tuna! its canned tuna. and she added the chilli padi in the can! the ice cream was SUPER SPICY!

so thats what we did in the factory! very fun right?! i want to make soya milk ice cream!! any other ideas??
