Saturday, July 19, 2008 just added this song, MY LOVE WILL GET YOU HOME on my blog. i love this song! its sang by Christine Glass. Prepared TOM YUM SOUP at home on tuesday. its preparation for CAT practical. i had so much fun! because i long time never cook. normally is baking or making jelly! haha. ok.  shallots and garlic when frying.  After frying, its GOLDEN BROWN!  Dried chilies and DRIED SHRIMP, frying. a hell lot of bubbles produced. like the shrimps are swimming. LOLS.  THE golden BROWN dried shrimp and BLACKENED chilies.  the dried shrimps, chilies, garlic and shallots into the blender! BLEND and add seasonings.  mix EVERYTHING, and here's the soup. i know it looks unappetizing. my daddy's going to teach me cook a more presentable version. HOPE it works well.. super nervous for the practical. going to cook for 35 people ok. its a INTERNATIONAL BUFFET! if something goes wrong..omg, i think i'll fail.
